THE FAMILY'S FLAGSHIP RED: Viñadores means vine growers, and this is the wine that shows what the family can do with Aragonese Garnacha. This one spends two years in new French oak, gaining depth, complexity and the structure to age. GARNACHA WITH A TOUCH OF CABERNET: A blend of 80% Garnacha and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from Finca San Vicente, a 5 hectare vineyard at 470 metres. The small share of Cabernet adds structure and depth to the Garnacha's ripe fruit. HAND PICKED, 24 MONTHS IN NEW OAK: Picked by hand at dawn in the first week of October. After a six day cold soak at 8°C, two hand pump overs a day, the wine completes malolactic fermentation in barrel and ages for 24 months in new French oak barrels. GOLD AT MUNDUS VINI: The 2019 vintage of BESTUÉ Viñadores won a Gold medal at Mundus Vini 2024 in Germany. It is made by Bodega Otto Bestué, vine growers of Somontano since 1640, whose family records show them buying plots in Enate from that year. RIPE FRUIT, COCOA & TOASTED SPICE: Ruby red with violet tones, it offers plum, blueberry and raspberry with notes of cocoa, toast and spice from barrel. Silky and velvety, with a long finish. Superb with grilled meats, stews, roasts and cured cheeses.
