Amazon NATURALLY SWEET, BRIGHTLY FRESH: El Mielero is a semi sweet white where sweetness meets vibrant acidity. Many sweet wines feel heavy; this one stays fresh and lively, with a moreish style and volume on the palate. At just 10% ABV, it is an easy, glass. GARNACHA BLANCA, RIESLING & GEWÜRZTRAMINER: A blend of 70% Garnacha Blanca for roundness, 20% Riesling for freshness, and 10% Gewürztraminer for a floral lift. They create a white with fruit, flowers and a balance between sweetness and acidity. FERMENTATION STOPPED TO KEEP NATURAL SUGAR: After 9 to 10 hours of cool maceration in the press, the juice begins to ferment. Halfway through, it is chilled and filtered to stop fermentation, keeping around 40 grams per litre of the grape's own sugar. FROM THE FINCA WHERE BEES MADE HONEY: El Mielero is named after a vineyard where bees made honey. Today it is home to the Riesling that gives this wine its freshness. It is made by Bodega Otto Bestué, vine growers in Enate, D.O. Somontano, since 1640. RIPE PEAR, FRUIT SALAD & BLOSSOM: Expect aromas of white fruit, ripe pear and fruit salad with floral touches, then a full, sweet palate balanced by crisp acidity. Serve chilled at 6 to 8°C as an aperitif. A gift for anyone who prefers their wine.
