This tea has a camphor like taste. Add 1 tbsp of rose, chamomile and lavender loose leaf to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon. For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like. Store this tea in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container.
