A PASSION FOR WINE: In Lajatico, Tuscany, the Bocelli family shared a significant piece of their familial history and presented one of their great passions - wine, creating an outstanding ‘Made In Italy’ recognized throughout the world VINIFICATION: Must, obtained from a Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and a maceration period of 3-4 weeks, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing in tonneaux for 12-18 months COLOUR: An impenetrable ruby red that will lure you in with its beauty THE BOUQUET & TASTE: Ripe red fruit scents prevail on the nose of the Rosso with slight balsamic notes; the palate is warm and enveloping, forming a well-balanced and moderately long wine PAIRING NOTES: A harmonious wine that pairs excellently with traditional Tuscan dishes; ideal with savoury cold cuts, hors d'oeuvres, grilled red meats and mature cheeses such as Pecorino
