A crisp, summery style that blends bright fruit with a waxy, textural palate. Subtle white chocolate and buttered malt loaf lend a creamy, comforting sweetness to the aroma. Palate: Malty and crisp, the palate carries bright green apple and lime cordial with tart gooseberries, beeswax, ginger and a touch of white miso. Finish: Clean and snappy, the finish carries dry ginger biscuits with a bright bite of green apples, and a lingering gooseberry tartness.
