The Bestlite BL7 wall light in black and brass, designed by Robert Dudley Best in 1930, features elegant, clean lines with clear references to the Bauhaus period. Adjustable BL7 wall light – a timeless light source in black brass The BL7 wall light stands out both visually and functionally: it was designed by the British designer Robert Dudley Best (1892–1984), a contemporary of Walter Gropius – the founder of the Bauhaus style. Around 1930, Dudley developed the Bestlite series, which comprises table lamps, wall lights, floor lamps and pendant lights.
