Mizuno Wave Rider 30 Running Shoes

The Mizuno Wave Rider 30 is a neutral daily training running shoe designed for comfortable, smooth transitions. It introduces a full-length Wave Plate for stability and a new midsole system that combines a nitrogen-infused top-midsole for energy return with a non–nitrogen-infused bottom-midsole of varying hardness. The result is a balanced ride with a cruise-like feel from heel through toe, suitable for easy runs, daily training, and longer sessions. The upper uses breathable 1BY1 mesh with a simple, refined design and a snug heel fit to secure the foot. The shoe features an 8 mm drop and a stack height of 34.5–42.5 mm, paired with a lightweight outsole and a updated midsole geometry to enhance stability and a smoother transition.
