The screw is sized 10 x 1 1/2 inches and made from C10-18 steel, with a zinc coating of 3-5 microns. Its twin-thread, single-lead design promotes fast start and improved thread acceptance, while the 25° sharp point and 60° thread angle support easy penetration and efficient installation. Partially threaded from 1 1/4 inches and above, this screw aims to reduce head shear and enhance pull-out resistance, making it suitable for general fastening in timber applications and compatible with plastic plugs.
