The Mizuno WAVE RIDER 30 is a neutral running shoe designed for daily training, easy runs, and longer sessions. It combines a breathable upper with a refined silhouette and a focus on comfort and stability. The shoe features a full-length Wave Plate for stability, a hybrid midsole setup with Enerzy NXT foam for soft, responsive cushioning, and a lightweight outsole with a redesigned structure. With an 8 mm heel-to-toe drop and a stack height of 34.5–42.5 mm, it aims to deliver a balanced, natural stride and smooth transition from landing to take-off. The upper uses a simple 1BY1 mesh for breathable support and a snug heel shape to help secure the foot. Available in White/Blue Jewel/Orange.
